Intramural Refereeing

Refereeing helped me build confidence in decision-making, communication, and conflict resolution under pressure. I enforced rules, coordinated with officials and facility staff, explained calls clearly, and kept games moving even in tense moments. The role strengthened the soft skills I rely on in team environments: accountability, calm communication, leadership, and the ability to make fair decisions quickly.
