Iron Ring

Receiving the Iron Ring was a meaningful milestone in my engineering journey. The ceremony reinforced the responsibility engineers have to the people who rely on the systems, tools, and decisions we help create. I carry that reminder into how I approach software design, documentation, reviews, collaboration, and the balance between moving quickly and building carefully.
