RBC - GenAI-Powered Sustainable Finance

This capstone project was developed for Royal Bank of Canada to help automate the assessment of company alignment with the RBC Sustainable Finance Framework. I worked across the stack, building a React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS interface for reviewing AI-generated sustainability assessments, a Python and FastAPI backend for secure APIs and document analysis workflows, and MongoDB storage with PyMongo for reports, extracted insights, and scoring results. The platform uses LLaMA 3.2 to analyze public reports, AGMs, stakeholder communications, and news sources, helping reduce manual review effort while improving evaluation consistency and traceability.
